Nader Dastghaibi a senior executive with broad experience in various industry sectors (Telco, Commerce, Retail, Chemicals, Automotive, IT) where he has managed worldwide projects. He gained outstanding expertise in SAP R/3 technical issues as well as in IT consulting during numerous projects including infrastructure development, migration processes, set-up of competence center and networks.

Further areas of experience include data bases (administration & migration), operating systems and heterogeneous connectivity. He has the ability to put complex IT contents into simple terms, which allows him to lead projects with IT professionals as well as with business people with little computing knowledge.

In 1991, he founded SIC (System Integration and Consulting) with the vision of combining IT with business processes. In summer 1996, he introduced and implemented the internet (web and email server) for SIC, which was the first mortar for SIC's success. A formative experience in his career was the project with Shell Philippines in Manila in 1997. Nader supported the process of going live Shell's ERP system. This was the launch of his international career with IBM, Volvo, SCA and others. In 1998, he found SIC Jersey Ltd. The firm created within 7 months from the commencement over USD 1.2 m revenue.

Nader combines the talents of a creative thinker with the experience of an exceptional sales person and IT consultant. His focus on customer projects is not solely to increase revenue but to optimize operations and processes towards a maximum of efficiency and growth.

Nader studied Biology with major Biophysics and Genetics and speaks German and English as well as he has sound knowledge of Persian. He is married and lives with his wife and two daughters in Germany. Playing Chess and investing at the NASDAQ are his passion.
